Returns + Exchanges

At Passionate Lion, it is our number one priority to ensure that your shopping experience with us exceeds your expectations for service and merchandise quality. Our return+exchange policies are put into place to meet your needs, as well as maintain the integrity of our brand. 

Ok..We get it..Sometimes things just don't quite work out. We provide a detailed description with all of or our pieces, and encourage our customers to fill out an inquiry form with any questions or needed clarifications on merchandise. We love to hear about the "loved it as soon as I set my eyes on it, and it fits perfectly" stories. So please, ask questions. We are here for you. 

If a return is necessary, store credit will be issued for unworn merchandise with tags still attached. Customers must email with RETURN in the subject line, within 72 hours of receipt of order. Please provide your order number and reason for your return in the message and a return shipping label will be emailed to you. Please return merchandise unworn, unwashed, unaltered in any way, with tags still attached within 72 hours of receiving it to ensure your 30 day store credit. Shoes must be in their original shoe box, and swimwear & bodysuits must have the hygiene liners intact. Also, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: opened makeup, earrings, ear cuffs, panties, vintage accessories, and any other items marked as "Final Sale."

Returns must be postmarked no later than 72 hours after delivery date to be honored. Once we receive your return, we will email you a digital store credit coupon that may be used at checkout for your exchange.   


  • Store credit may be used as many times as it takes to exhaust the credit within 30 days of issue.


  • We only accept returns for store credit at this time.

International Returns

  • You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

store credit Processing

  • Store credits will be processed within approximately 1 to 2 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Online Store Credit

  • Online Store Credit can only be used online at our website.
  • Online Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Please treat Online Store Credit like cash.
  • Online Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned.
  • Online Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Online Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Online Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
  • After use of your Online Store Credit, a coupon with the remaining balance amount, if applicable, will be emailed to you.  
  • Your use of the Online Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our terms.
